Position Overview
The Customer Success & Sales Coordinator plays a dual-role that bridges sales operations with post-sale success. You’ll support potential and existing customers through all phases of their journey: from lead nurturing and outreach to onboarding and ongoing support.
This is a pivotal position that requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a tech-enabled, customer-centric environment and is motivated to make a difference in behavioral health care.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success
Manage the onboarding process for new customers, including scheduling, training, and EMR system configuration.
Provide support via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
Track and escalate software bugs or feature requests using internal task trackers.
Drive customer retention and satisfaction through proactive check-ins and solution-oriented service.
Help customers understand product value and encourage full utilization
Assist with account expansion and renewal conversations
Sales Coordination
Conduct initial outreach and follow-ups with new and prior leads.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule demos or meetings, and maintain CRM records.
Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Report on pipeline activities and support strategic lead-nurturing campaigns.
Support cross-functional sales and marketing initiatives.
Identify and propose upsell opportunities (e.g., add-on services, additional users)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Required:
1+ years of experience in customer support or sales (preferably in a SaaS or healthcare setting).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Google Workspace, and customer service tools like HelpScout.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
A customer-first, empathetic, and professional approach.
Nice to Have:
Experience in behavioral health operations at a recovery residence or treatment center.
Prior experience using the Behave Health software platform as a customer.
Background in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) or Mental Health treatment sectors.
Prior experience in a software company or fast-paced tech startup.
Comfort using Mac OS and modern tech tools.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Remote work environment with flexible scheduling.
Sedentary office work with extended periods at a computer.
May require occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
