Behave is not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of our customers, which may differ from those described in this Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible at https://behavehealth.com.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
While using our Services, we may collect certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address, other information ("Personal Information"). We do NOT sell any Personal Information for any reason, and we will NOT use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
With your consent. We share your Personal Information if you affirmatively consent to it. If we are legally obligated to obtain your consent prior to sharing your Personal Information, we notify you of the specific purpose for which we are obtaining your consent, and we do not share beyond that purpose without notifying you of and obtaining additional consent for further disclosure.

We share Personal Information with a limited number of service providers who process it on our behalf to facilitate our Services, to provide the Services on our behalf, to perform Services-related services and/or to assist us in analyzing how our Services are used. For example, we use Google Analytics to analyze Log Data to understand how you use the Services and how we can improve your user experience. Our service providers have agreed to privacy restrictions similar to the ones in our Privacy Policy by making similar commitments. We also use third parties to help us process payments, manage our customer relationships, and operate our customer helpdesk.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of our customers, which may differ from those described in this Privacy Policy. If you want to exercise any rights you may have under applicable data protection laws over the Personal Information one of our customer's has about you, you must submit your request to the customer directly because we can only access your Personal Information pursuant to our customer's instructions. We will work with our customer to respond to your request.
Under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"), some of the medical and/or health-related information that Behave collects, uses, process, and discloses while providing the Services to its customers may be considered protected health information ("PHI"). Behave is a "Business Associate" when it provides Services to customers who are healthcare providers, health plans, and other "covered entities" defined by HIPAA. When Behave receives PHI from or on behalf of HIPAA covered entities, the PHI is protected by HIPAA and subject to the covered entity's privacy practices and our Business Associate Agreement. We use, disclose, and process PHI only in accordance with HIPAA and our customers' instructions.
